Having Fun with Carmageddon...

As a native Angelena, I found this moment to be perfect for creating 405 closure shirts and other goodies. The 405 closure has been nicknamed "Carmageddon" because there is going to be tons and tons of traffic while road maintenance widen the 405.

July 4!!!!

Happy fourth everyone! Tomorrow I have a race and I'm excited. Last time I ran a race and got a free pair of shoes and they are super nice. Although there are no prizes like that in this upcoming race, it's still fun to be part of it. Then there's a parade and a whole bunch of things going on. Last year during this time I was up in Sacramento and later I was in Ashland, OR for a Fourth of July fireworks show. I miss it up there, I so don't want to bake in the heat down here in L.A. The thing that's holding me back is art class (which, I have to admit, is pretty rigorous). It will at least help me with my Zazzle skills :) At least I'm spending my Fourth of July on the beach, so I can feel the breeze of the ocean and see the stars shine through the sky. Can't wait!
